If you approach Heighley Gate from the South, you’ll notice a twelve metre rocket shaped tower, with two independent, curvy steel tubular slides snaking out from its body – that is only part of our recently upgraded play facility.
A zip line, climbing equipment, animal rockers, swings, poles and dens to exercise the limbs and the imagination.
There is a picnic and relaxation area for parents and guardians, all situated within a safely fenced enclosure with panoramic views of the Wansbeck Valley.
For cooler days there’s an indoor soft play in our restaurant area right alongside some very inviting chairs and newspapers for the grown-ups.
